Theo Brugman is a senior Program Construction Director, Project Recovery Specialist and Owner’s Representative with 35+ years of international experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, chemical and advanced manufacturing capital projects.
He has led major CAPEX programs up to €2.5B across Europe and South-East Asia, working from Front-End Loading through construction, commissioning support, operational readiness and handover.
His core strengths include construction leadership, EPCM/EPC oversight, project recovery, contractor performance management, governance improvement, GMP/CQV integration, mechanical completion, turnover and handover.
